I’m very pleased to announce that I have completed a one year post graduate diploma in the treatment of all aspects of women’s health. This training covered the application of acupuncture in a wide range of complex women’s health issues, including, amongst other things, disorders of the menstrual cycle, infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, recurrent miscarriage, and menopause.
The training went into great detail about how to support women going through IVF, as well as how to support women during pregnancy with issues such as morning sickness, breech presentation, and induction of labour. Another important aspect of this training was to understand the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility. Completing this diploma means that clients at my clinic can be sure they are receiving the most up to date and complete treatment with regards to all aspects of women’s health.
